How it works

Three things happen. None of them are difficult.

  1. Step 1: Book your date

Pick the day. We reserve a box and build your invitation site in about a minute.

  2. Step 2: The box arrives

Two days early, so you can test it. Four arcade stations, wired. No batteries, no pairing, no app.

  3. Step 3: Plug it into the TV

Open one link. Twenty-seven games unlock. Walk away and let them play.

And the part nobody expects

Every party gets its own website.

A countdown, the address, a map, and one-tap RSVPs that land in your inbox. Your guests don’t download anything or make an account. On the day, their phones show the live leaderboard.

It’s free — even if you never rent the box.

No ads. No trackers. We hold children’s names, and we treat that the way you’d want us to.

One Bashcade station: a cream control panel with a pink ball-top joystick, six numbered buttons, and a USB lead out of the back.

One encoder, one player.

Each station registers as its own gamepad, so there is nothing to pair and nothing to charge. Plug them in in the order you want the kids seated.

1·2·3·4Station 1 is Player 1, every single time.

The games download before the party. If the Wi-Fi dies at 2 pm on Saturday, the arcade doesn’t.

The catalog

27 games in thirty seconds.
11 big ones to sit down with.

Every one is playable with the joystick and one big button — because a six-year-old should not need a tutorial at a birthday party. The big games add more buttons, and rounds that run for minutes, for the older kids who want to finish something.

The bit that changes the maths

If they love it,
don’t send it back.

Press one button in your account and the box is yours. $260 more, $429.99 all in, and your games never expire. No subscription, ever. It works with the internet off, and it keeps working if we disappear.

Sixty seconds

Will it work on my TV?

The honest answer matters more than the sale. Four questions, and we will tell you if you should book something cheaper — or nothing at all.

Question 1 of 4
What screen will the kids be playing on?

The room where the party actually happens, not the best TV in the house.

What we can actually prove

We are new. So here are the facts instead of testimonials.

Nobody has run enough Bashcade parties to fill a wall with quotes, and we are not going to invent any. When real parties happen and real parents write about them — with their permission and their photos — they will show up on the reviews page and nowhere else.

Add-ons, bundles, and how many stations a party actually needs

The honest answers

Six things parents ask before they book.

Is it clean?

Every station is sanitised, tested and sealed after the last party. The foil seal is unbroken when it reaches you, and there is a pack of wipes in the box that we never charge for.

What if my Wi-Fi dies?

The games download before the party. They run with the internet off — no login, no update, no server.

Is the deposit a real charge?

Yes. $260, charged the day the box ships, back on your card within three business days of us receiving it. We email you when the refund is sent.

What if it arrives late?

We add days to your access for free. If it misses the party entirely, you get your money back and keep the digital version for another day.

What if a kid breaks a button?

Buttons are meant to be hit. Normal wear costs you nothing, and we do not charge for scratches. The $14.99 damage waiver covers the rest, no photos and no argument.

How do I send it back?

The label is already on the box. Reseal it and hand it to your mail carrier at the door, any time in the 7 days after the party. One tap in your account books a porch pickup.

When’s the party?

Boxes go out 2 days early. Saturdays book up first.
